Welcome to Oakwood Chapel
Oakwood Chapel has been a part of Little Parndon in Harlow for over 65 years. Harlow has changed a lot since we were founded, and is still changing, but our desire hasn't changed: we are here to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in and around the local community.

New morning service time!
Get ready to rise and shine! Since Sunday 3 August 2025, our morning service has moved to its new time of 10.00am.
Sunday services
Our Sunday morning service is at 10.00am, and our Sunday evening service is at 6.30pm, both held in-person at the church.

Children and young people
Our groups for children all the way from toddlers to teenagers and beyond meet during the Sunday morning service, with regular social activities throughout the year for the pre-teens and up.

Prayer and fellowship
We meet in people's homes at 7.00pm on Tuesday for prayer and 6.30pm on Friday for fellowship. We meet at the church on Saturday at 9.00am for prayer.

Each year we have at least three events to which we especially invite visitors:

- Harvest celebration
- Carol service

If you're a visitor, you are of course always welcome to any of our meetings!
How to find us
If you're familiar with Little Parndon, we're opposite Nisa Local (formerly the Co-Op). Otherwise, use the map below to find us. If you're coming by public transport, we're a 25 minute walk from Harlow Town station, which is on the London Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport/Cambridge line. If you're coming by car, we have a car park, and there is also plenty of on-street parking nearby.
